Cafe strip outs and restaurant strip outs can also mean we need to remove cooking and ventilation equipment and usually need a "hygienic clean" of ducting and surfaces. Th Giraffe Cafe strip out included removal and disposal of tables, chairs, serving and cooking areas, plants, decorative items and signage.
As usual, we completed all work within the scheduled time.
Peacocks Clothes, Ipswich - another Shop Strip Out job
The strip out of the Peacocks shop involved dismantling racking and shelving, removing ceiling panels and internal rooms, fitting rooms, furniture, cash registers, mannikins (!), clothing, flooring and electrical wiring and lighting - we even removed thousands of coat hangers, all done on time and all waste recycled where possible or safely disposed of.

We completed the strip out of Mothercare's Peterborough store after the company closed all its UK stores. This involved removing all the glass frontage, flooring, display units, signage, lights, shelving, store room, clothing stocks, heating and electrical equipment.
BGL, Peterborough, an office strip-out job by Pioneer Demolition
The office strip out of BGL's premises in Bretton, Peterborough meant we had to remove the air-conditioning, dismantle internal offices and screening, plus all the IT equipment, wiring, lighting and electrical equipment.
Cintra House, Cambridge - Extensive Building Strip-Out
This magnificent Grade II listed building in the centre of Cambridge once belonged to the Open University and we were involved with the strip out to make it ready for an ambitious new high-tech office space. Our strip out removed all the non-structural internal walls, pipework, electrical wiring and clearing all the debris.
MFA Bowling, Peterborough - Strip Out of a Bowling Alley
This slightly unusual bowling alley strip out was undertaken for one of the country's leading property owners. We removed all 24 bowling aisles and all the bowling equipment, including hundreds of skittles and bowling balls! We also cleared all the bar and cooking equipment, the pumps and bottles, stores and racking to give the property owners a clear building, ready for a new leaseholder business.
